Its upstairs location is both a blessing and a curse. A blessing for its views and light but a curse for its inaccessibility to many because of the stairs. My few and far between visitors have all been younger people.
My approaches to council about assisting them make this area a creative zone have fallen on deaf ears. C0-operation is not a good word these days, it seems. People are supposed to market themselves in their own little box with little assistance or help to others.
HEARTH is a special place. It is designed to break down barriers - box like barriers, square like barriers!
Yet, the whole system refuses to go to the core of the problem and the core is empty and people's hopes are empty in a square based system.
How to get this new idea over to authorities?
